Electronic Rates Notice

Do away with paper bills and have your rates notices securely delivered directly to your email.

Hornsby Shire Council is now offering its residents the option to have their rates notices delivered to one or more email address in a few easy steps.

  1. Register and create an account at Payreq MyBills.
  2. Log into your Payreq account and add Hornsby Shire Council as a new biller.

    2. Search for Hornsby Shire Council by name or Biller Code 7690

    3. Click the Register button and select Email channel in the next screen.
  3. Refer to your last rates notice to find the 8 digit Reference Number. This is found next to the BPay logo and at the top right hand corner of your rates notice.
    1. Enter your Reference Number and the exact customer name as shown on the rates notice in the next screen.

    2. Enter the email(s) that you wish to have your rates notice sent to.
    3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click the Register button.
