Personal Payment at Council

Payments can be made in person at Hornsby Library (28-44 George Street, Hornsby). Note – payment can be made by card or cheque only. Cash is not accepted.

Register to View Balances

Go to the Online Services Portal. Select the link to “register”. Once you have registered and logged in, you will be able to view balances for all your accounts from the Payments/Accounts menu.
