Bush Fire Hazard Complaints

bush fire hazards

The ‘Bush fire Hazard Complaint’ process provides a mechanism for individuals to refer bush fire hazard concerns directly to the NSW Rural Fire Service.

A Bush Fire Hazard Complaint can be lodged where an individual feels vegetation on a particular land parcel (private or public) poses a threat of bush fire. A Bush Fire Hazard Complaint may be made by any owner or occupier of land adjacent to, or in the vicinity of the land, to which the complaint relates.
