Chandler Ave, Cowan – Proposed Kerb and Gutter and Footpath Works

This project involves construction of new kerb and gutter in Chandler Avenue between Fraser Road and Alberta Avenue. The aim of this project is to improve traffic and pedestrian safety as well as reduce ongoing maintenance costs. The works are anticipated to commence in early May 2025 and take approximately 3 to 4 months dependant on the weather. Some minor traffic delays maybe incurred during construction, however, appropriate traffic control measures will be implemented to minimise disruption. Consultation for this project was also undertaken last year.
