Road reconstruction project - Colah Road, Mount Colah (Stage 2)
This project involves pavement reconstruction, kerb and gutter construction, drainage improvements and new footpath for the of Colah Road in 2 stages. The aim of these works is to improve traffic safety and reduce ongoing maintenance costs. Stage 1 (Belmont Parade to Gray Street) has been scheduled to commence construction in January 2021 and is anticipated will take approximately 10 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Stage 2 (Gray Street to Myall Road) has been scheduled for construction in 2021/22 financial year and is also anticipated to take approximately 10 weeks to complete, weather permitting. Some minor traffic delays maybe incurred during construction, however, appropriate traffic control measures will be implemented to minimise disruption.
