Gross Pollutant Trap, Biofiltration and Water Harvesting Basin - Harris Road, Normanhurst (Normanhurst Park)
The recently constructed catchment remediation works adjacent to Normanhurst Park off Harris Road, Normanhurst adopts a sustainable approach of capturing, treating and reusing stormwater. The project provides treatment to stormwater flows through pollution screening, adsorption plant and microbial uptake processes. The treated stormwater will be stored via modules under the basin and reused to irrigate the park.
