Our customer support services include:

  • A dedicated Customer Service Team and Call Centre to provide your business with ongoing service arrangements once you join Council's Biz Waste service community. You will always speak to a real person!
  • A dedicated full-time Commercial Waste Services Officer who is there to meet you at your business to assess your waste management needs, to offer cost effective integrated service packages and to ensure you are receiving the highest quality services on an ongoing basis.
  • We can also assist your business to transition to a Council Biz Waste Service conveniently and seamlessly from your current service provider
