As part of Hello Hornsby and in honour of Dementia Action Week 2025, we are pleased to invite people with dementia and their carers to join us on The Riverboat Postman tour for a wonderful day out.
This free event is open to Hornsby Shire residents who are living with Dementia and their carers. The event will include homemade Anzac biscuits for morning tea on arrival, a delicious lunch, as well as cake and a cuppa served before we dock. We hope this event will be an enjoyable day exploring the beautiful Hawkesbury River that brings joy and connection to our residents living with Dementia.
Bookings are limited to:
- People with Dementia
- Carers of people with Dementia
- Residents of Hornsby Shire.
