Update – May 2025
In May 2025 the old roof was replaced with a new one, with half of it made transparent to let sunlight in. New windows facing the river were installed, along with structural steel columns. Services relocation and installation were also finished.
The timber frames were completed in preparation for pouring a concrete wall, which will include a handwashing bay.
In the coming weeks, the concrete slab will be poured, and interior tiling will begin. After that, walls will be installed and fixtures will be added.
