Ron Payne Park New Amenities Building and Landscape Upgrade

The park upgrade works at Ron Payne Park new amenities building and landscape upgrade, North Epping were completed in March 2024.

The new amenities building include:

• Two change rooms with showers and toilets
• Canteen
• Referee / First Aid Room
• Store rooms for clubs
• Public toilets
• Universal access to building and all facilities
• Solar water heater
• High building Fencing along the oval and building interface.

Landscape upgrades include:

• Pathways connecting the site entrance to the new building, existing play area and Oval.
• Upgrade of existing car park in terms of access and surfacing
• Drainage network around the building.
• Fencing upgrade
