Hornsby Shire food businesses are invited to brush up on their food safety knowledge at a free information session co-hosted with the NSW Food Authority next month.
The 3-hour event will explore common food safety issues faced by food businesses and provide the opportunity to chat with food safety officers in an informal setting.
Morning tea is included.
