Do something practical and enjoyable to help Hornsby Shire’s unique and rare Sydney Turpentine Ironbark Forest.
Do you love nature and would you like to learn more?
Then join us for this one-off community planting of shrubs, trees and groundcovers at Greenway Park in Cherrybrook.
All are welcome to drop in and lend a hand by doing some planting. There is no need to make a booking.
Please bring along a pair of gardening gloves and some drinking water and wear long pants, a long-sleeved shirt, sturdy footwear and a hat. Tools will be provided.
Connect with in nature and enjoy a guided walk
We also warmly welcome anyone who would like to experience a guided walk to discover the special forest remnants in Greenway Park. It’s a relaxing way to spend a Sunday morning!
