Road work on Pacific Highway, Waitara

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is carrying out this essential work as part of ongoing maintenance of the state road network.

What work are we doing?

We will continue to upgrade the traffic signals which involves trenching, new utilities in the footpath and upgraded cabling to traffic signals.

Work may be noisy at times, but we will be implementing noise mitigation measures when possible.

When and where we’ll be working

We will be onsite for up to five shifts at the intersection of the Pacific Highway and College Crescent, Waitara.

Work will be carried out between Thursday 14 March and Friday 3 May 2024, up to five nights per week, weather permitting. Our work hours will be between 8pm and 5am from Sunday to Friday. No work will be carried out on Saturdays or public holidays.

Traffic control and signage will be in place to provide guidance and directions around work zones.
