Join us for a Community Forum to hear about dementia, the effects of dementia, recognise early signs and how you can support someone who is going through dementia.
We will be hearing from two Dementia Advocates for Dementia Australia. Grahame Crowfield will be sharing about living well with dementia from the perspective of an advocate with early onset dementia. Johanna Mestanza will be sharing personal experiences in services and programs as a carer.
