Join us in Hornsby Library's Room 8 for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll learn simple ways to repair, reuse and rewear the clothes you already own.
Got a hoodie with a hole? Jeans that need a glow-up? Or an old tee you never wear anymore? Bring along something from your wardrobe and learn how to mend it, customise it, or turn it into something totally new.
No sewing experience needed, just bring your creativity and give it a go. Don’t have anything to upcycle? No problem! We’ll have fun beginner-friendly projects ready for you to try.
Hang out, learn new skills, refresh your wardrobe, and help fight fast fashion while you’re at it.
Sewing mentors will be on hand to give you all the guidance you need.
For 12 -24 years.
Free for Hornsby Shire residents. bookings are essential.
