Mission Australia

Speak with a Mission Australia representative about the Health Equity and Access Program. This program provides assessments, education, and facilitates referrals to General Practitioners, Mental Health Case Management, Alcohol and Other Drug Case Management, and other health and community services. The service also has a registered nurse who can do a health assessment and refer to a bulk billing general practitioner.
