Chair yoga

Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating session of chair yoga designed specifically for seniors. Chair yoga improves flexibility, strength, and balance, while promoting relaxation and reducing stress. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, this class is suitable for all levels of fitness and mobility. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

The 45 minute class will be followed by afternoon tea.
