This project involves construction of a shared path and associated works along Ramsay Rd, Pennant Hills

The shared path will be in accordance with Council’s adoptedwalking and cycling strategy(PDF, 41MB) and will improve pedestrian and cyclist amenity, road user safety, and would also contribute to reducing traffic congestion in the Sydney metropolitan area. It is anticipated that these construction works will commence on 6 May 2025 (with some set up activities being completed prior to this) and should be completed by August 2025, weather permitting. Some minor traffic delays maybe incurred during construction however, appropriate traffic control measures will be implemented to minimise disruption. Consultation for this project was also undertaken in November 2022.
