We have scheduled four native plant giveaway days at Warada Ngurang Community Nursery across March and early April 2023.

Each residential property in Hornsby Shire is entitled to four free native plants per year. To pick up your plants, please book an appointment to visit Warada Ngurang Community Nursery. Our friendly staff and nursery volunteers will provide expert advice to assist you in selecting plants for your garden. There will be a variety of native shrubs, groundcovers and trees to choose from.

Please bring along your rates notice or other document to verify you are a resident of Hornsby Shire.

Dates are:

  • Saturday 18 March from 9am-3pm
  • Wednesday 22 March from 9am-3pm
  • Wednesday 29 March from 9am-3pm
  • Saturday 1 April from 9am-3pm
