Explore the intriguing southern end of Berowra Valley National Park, from the open heathy-woodland of Stringybark Ridge to the tall forest of the Zig Zag Creek gully. See huge, ancient Sydney Peppermint Gums supporting a host of wildlife through their abundant hollows, and perhaps catch a glimpse of larger wildlife such Swamp Wallabies or even an echidna.

Pleae note: this is a Grade 3 walk (medium difficulty). It may contain sections of trail that are hilly, steep or rough. It will require a moderate level of fitness and is suitable for fit beginners over 13 years of age. Thornleigh train station is 1.5km from the meeting point of this event.
