Uncover the secrets of Refuge Rock - a huge area of Hawkesbury Sandstone outcrops in the heart of Berowra Valley National Park. First we explore the underbelly of the sandstone with the amazing “Natural Arch”.  Bring your morning tea and get to know your fellow walkers as we then relax and take in serene bushland views up the valley. What has the area been used for? How did Refuge Rock get its name?

Please note: this is a Grade 3 walk (medium difficulty). It may contain sections of trail that are hilly, steep or rough. It will require a moderate level of fitness and is suitable for fit beginners over 13 years of age. There is no train station close to this event.
