Love taking photos outdoors but not quite getting the results you’d hoped for? Then come along for this fun and interactive day out in both the bush and classroom. In this four hour session we’ll learn some simple and easy techniques that will help give your photos that wow factor. You don’t need a fancy camera to join this class- just remember to charge your batteries the night before and take your shots in jpeg mode as it speeds up the downloading and viewing of your photos, and to further speed downloading, please don't bring a memory card already full of gigabytes of previous photos (empty is best if possible)! The class will involve theoretical and practical elements and will include a short walk into Lane Cove National Park along the Kurrajong Track; so please wear suitable shoes and please bring your download cable for camera to computer.

Please note: This is a Grade 2 walk (easy). It is mostly on well marked tracks of low gradients with no steep sections and minimal use of steps. It is suitable for bushwalk beginners over 13 years of age. Pennant Hills train station is 950m from the meeting point for this event.
