This return walk showcases the natural beauty and diversity found in a section of Berowra Creek, from Crosslands Reserve upstream towards the tidal limit at Rockyfall Rapids where the freshwater begins. When the water is clear, we often see estuary fish like bream and mullet (keep a look out for surface splashes!). We will pass through majestic stands of tall trees and pockets of rainforest. We often see or hear lyrebirds as we follow this part of the Great North Walk track.

Pleae note: this is a Grade 3 walk (medium difficulty). It may contain sections of trail that are hilly, steep or rough. It will require a moderate level of fitness and is suitable for fit beginners over 13 years of age. There is no train station close to this event.
