Uncover the secrets of Refuge Rock - a huge area of Hawkesbury Sandstone outcrops in the heart of Berowra Valley National Park. What has the area been used for? How did it get its name? Then explore the underbelly of the sandstone with the amazing “Natural Arch”. Bring your morning tea and get to know your fellow walkers as you relax and take in serene bushland views up the valley.  This activity is suitable for kids aged 8 and above.
