One for the older kids. This three hour (4 km) circuit bushwalk uncovers the secrets of Refuge Rock - a series of huge sandstone outcrops in the heart of Berowra Valley National Park. Explore the underbelly of the rock at the amazing natural 'arch'.  Get to know your fellow rockers when we relax and take in the serene bushland views up the valley. Can you guess how Refuge Rock got its name? What caused those mysterious 'splatter' marks gouged into the rock?
