WEEK 1 – Friday 3 September – Little Green

Talented local newcomer singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist ‘Little Green’ will perform a soulful acoustic set for us, stripped back to her and a guitar. Smooth and mellow, her songs and covers are a treat for all ages. Likened to Tash Sultana and Vera Blue, Little Green will be the perfect start to your Acoustic Afternoons.

WEEK 2 – Friday 10 September – Danni Da Ros

Local recording artist, session singer and finalist in ‘The Voice’ (Team Delta!) Danni Da Ros and her guitarist will enthral us with some soulful tunes to light up your afternoon. Danni is one of Australia’s most dynamic vocalists, who sings and performs with class, elegance and versality and will have a fantastic range of hits for families and music lovers to enjoy. The perfect way to end your week.

WEEK 3 – Friday 17 September – The Funky Monkeys

Showcasing hits from the 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s, 'The Funky Monkeys’ will be tapping their toes from home this time around! But that won’t stop you from getting up and dancing before you know it. Bringing together some of Australia’s most widely seen and heard stage and session artists from our own local community, the Funky Monkeys members have played with Tina Arena, Guy Sebastian, John Farnham, Olivia Newtown-John, Kylie Minogue, Jose Feliciano, Trisha Yearwood, Stevie Wonder and so many more. Tune in for their Acoustic Afternoons session!

WEEK 4 – Friday 24 September – Carmel Mesiti

Carmel Mesiti has established herself as a dynamic presence in the Sydney music scene for the past twenty years. Carmel has cultivated her craft of singing with a passion for music, her dedication to professionalism and a willingness to apply all her zeal and energy to whatever project or association she works with. Indeed, these attributes have seen Carmel perform alongside some of Australia’s leading artists and performer’s like: Dami Im, Marcia Hines, Human Nature, David Campbell, Backing Vocalist for Christine Anu, Steve Balbi (Noiseworks), Doug Parkinson, Natalie Imbruglia, Jack Jones (Southern Sons), Courtney Act, John Rowe, William Forsythe, John Rowles, Stephen “Spud” Murphy, John Bowles, Angry Anderson, Eric Weideman (1927), Tamsin Carroll, Michael Cormick, Ric Herbert and Mark Williams.
