The matters considered by council at its meetings make up the Council Meeting Business Papers. You are able to look at the Business Papers for meetings held so far this year.

You are also able to look at the items council will be considering at its next meeting and read the minutes from previous meetings by exploring Council's Electronic Business Paper System.

Business Papers include:

  • Agendas (List of items to be considered at the Meeting)
  • Reports (Details of reports to be considered by council - generally released 12 days ahead of Planning Meetings, and one week ahead of Ordinary and Workshop Meetings)
  • Minutes (Details of decisions made at previous Council Meetings)
