Hornsby Shire Council provides local businesses with a range of waste and recycling options.
The benefits of using Council's commercial waste service are:
- The choice of a daily, weekly or fortnightly service
- No complicated contracts
- No add-on or hidden charges
- Bins are supplied by Council at no additional cost
- Locally-based, customer focused service
- Waste and recycling education workshops for your staff
- Recycling available for paper, cardboard, glass, plastic, aluminium and steel containers
Liquid waste or hazardous material, such as medical waste, is not accepted. However, we can provide advice on safe and legal disposal options.
Costs vary depending on the requirements of individual businesses. Fees are charged directly to the business owner on a monthly basis.
