Service Requests
There are two ways you can submit a service request via Service Requests Online.
To submit a service request that you wish to track online, please register with Councils Online Services. By registering you will have access to all the online services available to our customers. Please take a few minutes to review the online facilities available to you.
If you are already a Councils Online Services registered user, click on the Councils Online Services link and enter your login ID and password.
or
To submit a service request for which you will not be able to track online, click on the Councils Online Services link and select the "Submit a Service Request" from the left side of the page.
