Youth Art Prize (12 – 16 years): entrant must be aged between 12 and 16 years as at 14 October, 2011

Youth Art Prize (17 – 24 years): entrant must be aged between 17 and 24 years as at 14 October, 2011

Photographs to artwork

Please provide three photographs of your work including:

A. photograph of artwork front-on
B. photograph of artwork front-on WITH an unrelated object showing size perspective (a hand, a milk carton or a newspaper are acceptable items)
C. a photograph of the back of the item showing compliance with hanging fixture requirements

Images must be JPEG, each between 2MB or 3MB.

I certify that this entry is my original work. This work was commenced and completed within the last 24 months from October 2009. I agree that my artwork or photography of my artwork may be used in promotional materials and displayed in any public exhibition held by the organisers as a result of the competition.

In the event that my entry is selected for the 2011 Hornsby Art Prize exhibition, I agree to delivery my artwork to the Cherrybrook Cultural & Community Centre on Sunday 20 November, between 2:00 and 6:00pm (see Terms and Conditions for limited exceptions for couriers).

I agree that I will be subject to late fees of $10 per week if my work is not collected on Sunday 27 November between 4:15 and 7:00pm from the Cherrybrook Cultural & Community Centre (see Terms and Conditions for limited exceptions for couriers).

I understand that my work will not be considered for the 2011 Hornsby Art Prize if payment of entry fee is not received by Hornsby Shire Council by 14 October 2010.
