Application forms
Application forms for building and development work are available below. Forms can be printed and completed by hand, or filled in electronically in Word.
- Bring your form in to Council between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Post your form to Hornsby Shire Council, PO Box 37, Hornsby NSW 163
Reminder: Some application forms require supporting documentation.
