The objective of this site is to provide a space where people and organisations in the Hornsby Shire discover and link-up with like-minded groups and people.

It's about

• discovering what community groups exist and what they are currently doing
• making contact with people who share your passions, concerns or interests
• getting involved in community activities and sharing information and ideas

   Read the latest issue of the Bushland Shire News, council's quarterly newsletter for residents.

   Join one of council's Community Consultations and have your say on council services and performance.

   Community-based notifications for the Hornsby Shire.

   Information about the organisations contributing to this site.  It may also include links to their publications and meetings.

5. Getting Involved
   Designed to link people with organisations they may wish to join or volunteer their services to.  It is also a place to seek collaborators and like-minded people.

6. Kit for Building Sustainable Organisations
   A variety of resources to assist community groups become self-sustaining organisations.

7. Local Web Links
   Links to the web sites of local community organisations.  You will be able to suggest a site.

8. News
   Postcommunity-based reporters post news of happenings and issues within and around the Hornsby Shire.

9. What's On
   The place to find current and upcoming events, courses, projects and activities. You will be able to add an event.
