Services for Older People
Council provides services to residents who are:
- mature employees and pre-retirement planners: people over the age of 55 who are or wish to remain in the workforce
- active, retired people who have entered retirement and are active with their family and within their community
- frail aged and carers: people who, due to illness, injury and frailty that comes with ageing, are in need of support for daily living

Heart Moves
One hour Gentle exercise class designed by the Heart Foundation
When: Mondays 9.15-10.15am, Wednesdays 9.30am-10.30am and Fridays 8.30am-9:30am and 9.30am-10:30am
Where: Hornsby Leisure and Learning Centre, 25 Edgeworth David Ave, Hornsby

Qigong & Tai Chi - Asquith
Gentle exercise class that is great to improve your fitness, muscle strength and flexibility
When: Mondays 9.45-10.45am
Where: Asquith Leisure and Learning Centre, 421 Pacific Hwy (entrance off Lords Ave) Asquith
