The Community Connections Hot Desk is a referral and information service with a diverse range of scheduled topics and service providers. Each week a different topic and specific service provider is available for a 20 min appointment.

July 13th Seniors Rights Service Legal advice, advocacy, education and referral service, for seniors 60 + years of age.
July 27th Ability Options Assisting people with a disability find employment.
Aug 3rd NDIS Uniting Helping people with a disability and their families get the most of the NDIS.
Aug 10th Chinese Australian Services Society (CASS)
Assistance to newly arrived Chinese-speaking migrants.
Aug 24th NDIS Uniting Helping people with a disability and their families get the most of the NDIS.
Aug 31st Home Living Australia (ADSSI) Information on accessing aged care in the home.
Sep 7th Hammond Care Hammond Care specialises in dementia care and is passionate about helping people in need.
Sep 14th Alzheimer’s Australia: An Introduction to Dementia An introductory information session about dementia and understanding how to live positively with dementia. Bookings preferred: Click to book!
Sep 21st Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre The Ku-ring-gai Neighbourhood Centre through its Neighbour Aid Program provides help with shopping and transport to essential medical and other appointments for the elderly and disabled residents of Ku-ring-gai.
Sep 28th Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Community College HKCC (Hornsby Ku-Ring-Gai Community College) offers courses and individualised Pathways, helping students build employability skills, many subsidised by the NSW government – if eligible, up to 100%!
