The Community Connections Hot Desk is a referral and information service with a diverse range of scheduled topics and service providers. Each week a different topic and specific service provider is available for a 20 min appointment.

June 8th Hammond Care Hammond Care specialises in dementia care including At Home Services, carer counselling and private care.
