Plants Declared Not For Sale


Class 5 weeds have been declared as such due to the likelihood of them spreading uncontrollably throughout an area if they are propagated, sold or distributed. In addition to these some other species of noxious weeds have also been declared as not for sale. Below is a list of plants not permitted to be sold in Hornsby Shire and a list of plants that are not permitted to be sold within NSW.
