Receiving Your Rate And Installment Notices Online Via Council's Website
Note: This service replaces BPAY View online rate and instalment notices. If you wish to continue receiving your rate and instalment notices by email you will have to register with this new service.
Enjoy the convenience of receiving your rate and instalment notices electronically from Council. To use this service simply register your details with us. Once you have registered, you can log on and check your notices at any time at your convenience. You can also print and save your notices.
Please note that electronic delivery of rate and installment notices is a separate registration to Online Services Portal.
Once you register, your rates notice will no longer be sent in the mail as you will receive your notice by email approximately one month before the notice is due.
For further information about your rates, phone Council’s rates team during office hours on 9847 6777 or email rates@hornsby.nsw.gov.au
