Outdoor Dining Code
The Hornsby Shire Outdoor Dining Code came into effect on 8 April 2009. The purpose of the Code is to enable business use of the footpath in areas adjacent to business premises for the purposes of eating food and to ensure a pleasant and safe environment for shoppers and patrons without compromising the safety or amenity of the public domain or pedestrians using the public footpath or adjoining public spaces.
