Business Papers


The matters considered by council at its meetings make up the Council Meeting Business Papers. Agenda items for Council's next meeting and minutes from previous meetings are available on Council's Electronic Business Paper System.

This sytem includes:

  • Business Papers: Agenda listing items to be considered at the Meeting and associated detailed reports for each Agenda item
  • Attachments: Annexures to the Business Paper(s) including plans, photographs, pictures etc.
  • Minutes: Details of decisions made at Council Meetings.

Recordings

All speakers at the Council meetings have been advised that the audio recordings will be available on Council's website once the Minutes have been finalised and they have been asked to keep their comments relevant to the issue at hand and to refrain from making personal comments or criticisms.

Council makes every effort to ensure the audio recording equipment is in good working order at all times, and it is intended that the full Council meeting (barring confidential items) is included in the recording. However, it should be noted that ad hoc malfunctions with the equipment do occur from time to time and as such Council cannot guarantee that the meeting is always recorded in its entirety. Where Council is aware that the equipment has malfunctioned and parts or all of the meeting are missing, advice will be provided accordingly.
